Funded by a charitable trust established by the founder of Hershey Chocolate, Milton Hershey School is a private, cost-free Pre-K through 12th grade residential school serving more than 2,000 academically motivated students from limited-income backgrounds or challenging circumstances.
Students live in a supportive home and school environment where all essential needs are covered, including housing, meals, clothing, healthcare, and academic support, so they can focus on growth and achievement.
MHS places a strong emphasis on college and career readiness, offering rigorous academics, personalized counseling, and hands-on learning experiences. Graduates may also receive up to $115,000 in accrued scholarship support to help pursue higher education, career training, or other post-secondary pathways.
