Bill Herman – That Math Stuff I partner with homeschooling families to provide individualized mathematics instruction that builds understanding, confidence, and a genuine appreciation for mathematics. Rather than emphasizing memorization, I help students understand why mathematics works so they become confident, independent problem solvers. I primarily work with students in grades 9–12 and adults. Subjects include Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, SAT Math, and Society of Actuaries Exam P. I have developed an original curriculum featuring more than 300 free downloadable lessons and worked examples. Rather than relying on lengthy written explanations, my materials use diagrams, patterns, and the universal language of mathematics to help students discover concepts for themselves. I tailor lessons to each student's goals and can supplement an existing homeschool curriculum or provide a complete course of study.
